Guest (passenger): the person or persons who intend to stay in the residence and register their stay request through TourLider –

Owner’s representative: a natural or legal person who is officially allowed to use (rent) the residence or is his legal representative-
User: a person who is connected to the TourLider website or application with communication technology and benefits from its software services-
It is worth mentioning: the user, host, owner and representative of the owner can be the same person.
User account: the account created by users to use TourLider services.
Account balance (credit): the amount that the guest has in his user account to use TourLider services.
Watcher: It means the confirmation of the accommodation reservation and is actually a receipt issued by the tour leader to the guest after booking the accommodation, and it shows that the guest has paid all or part of the cost of their stay. This receipt includes details of accommodation, check-in and check-out date, name and contact number of the guests
Close accommodation: all the accommodation that is provided to the guests completely and close. Such as: villa, house, apartment, club
By registering on TourLider , the user accepts that he has read the rules and regulations of TourLider in full, is aware of its provisions, and accepts all of its terms. If there are any changes in these rules and regulations in the future, they will be updated and published on this page, and the user agrees that continued use of the site means acceptance of any changes.
Each person can only have one user account as a guest, one user account as a host, or both accounts at the same time in TourLider .
The user is responsible for all the activities that are carried out through the user account of people in TourLider .
The user is responsible for maintaining the security of user account information, including username and password. In case of missing or stolen user account information, the user is obliged to inform the company as soon as possible. Obviously, as long as the company is not informed, the user will be responsible for all the activities that have been done through the mentioned user account.
In some situations, the user may be asked for authentication to use the services, in such a situation, if the user does not provide sufficient information to the company, the company can block his user account and refuse to provide him with services.
The user accepts that TourLider is not a provider of accommodation services and is only a software platform for communication between hosts and guests to agree on a stay.
If TourLider for any reason concludes that the presence of a user (host/guest) may not be favorable for the company or other users or cause problems, it has the right to remove said user’s access to TourLider .
In TourLider, each user is considered a “credit wallet” that can be recharged and through the balance of the wallet, pay the fees related to reservations and use of other TourLider services. In case of canceling the reservation or needing to return the money, if the purchase was made through the bank portal, according to the user’s choice, the amount will be returned to the bank account or to his wallet. If all or part of the purchase was paid through the wallet balance, the amount will be returned to the user’s wallet. Credit available in the wallet can be deposited to the user’s bank account at any time.
All purchase processes on the website are in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the law of electronic commerce and the law of protection of consumer rights, and subsequently the user is obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of the website during the purchase.
TourLider can update the terms and conditions of the website in case of adding new features and services or in order to improve performance.
Tour Leader is only a communication platform between the host and the guest and is not considered as the host of the accommodation. In TourLider , the host introduces himself and the guest, knowing about the activity of the TourLider platform, makes the reservation or rent of accommodation online. TourLider makes every effort to improve service delivery.
The information of the hotels presented in TourLider has been received directly from official sources (hotels, accommodation centers, etc.) and the information of other accommodations has been included in TourLider by their owners. Due to the periodic changes of this information, it is the responsibility of the same sources to verify their accuracy. TourLider will try to update these changes as soon as possible.
If the ownership of hotels and other accommodations was with TourLider , it would certainly guarantee all the services announced by the accommodation centers and hotels in terms of quality and accuracy, but TourLider , as an electronic platform, informs the services and tries to provide all the information provided by The host and hotel are declared to validate or verify.
Hotel and accommodation information on TourLider website includes room capacity status, location on the map, updated prices, pictures, duties and taxes, service fee, meals, facilities, airport transfer, etc. It is possible that hotels and other accommodations fail to provide announced services in some cases and all or part of the information contained in the page of the hotel, accommodation or tour leader experience is not consistent with the information announced at the time of the introduction of those products. In this case, the responsibility is due to any violation or discrepancy with the owner of the hotel, accommodation or experience, in this case, we ask you to raise such problems with the tour leader to follow up and provide feedback to other travelers, and if necessary, Remove the mentioned service from TourLider products.
During the busiest days of the year, hotels and other accommodations implement special rules so that they can have a better management in receiving and providing services. Among and not limited to these rules, we can point out the non-acceptance of cancellation of reservations and in some hotels not providing room services in the form of extra beds, Tour Leader will not be responsible in this regard.
The guest’s identity authentication and privacy conditions are provided by the accommodation and based on Islamic values and practices; Accommodations will have the right to prevent travelers from entering the accommodation if the privacy conditions are not met and act according to the cancellation rules.
When you cancel your reservation, there is a risk that the accommodation will not be able to sell your accommodation unit in the remaining time. Therefore, it is reasonable to charge an amount as a refund penalty from the guest. The policies of accommodation owners vary in the amount of this penalty, so the cancellation rules for each accommodation are listed on the page of that accommodation and may differ from other accommodation. These rules may not even be the same throughout the year. Rest assured, we will try to pay the lowest price in case of cancellation of the reservation; That’s why we ask you to inform TourLider of your decision as soon as you cancel so that the penalty is minimized. The refunded money will be deposited to the account number with which the purchase was made from TourLider .

The guest accepts that the reservation of any accommodation means that he/she approves the rules of that accommodation and must adhere to its rules.
The check-in and check-out times of each residence are listed on its page. The host and the guest are committed to complying with this schedule.
The guest accepts that if there is damage to the accommodation and its equipment due to his stay, he will be responsible for providing the related expenses.
The purchased reservation belongs to the guest whose details were entered when placing the order, so it cannot be transferred to another.
If during the guest’s stay in a residence, an act against the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran is committed, and the responsibility lies with the person who committed the crime, and the tour leader has not been held responsible for any violations or crimes.
In case of a request to cancel the accommodation reservation, the amount of the reservation will be deposited to the Shaba number, account or bank card entered by the user in his user account after applying the cancellation rules of the accommodation reservation. TourLider makes every effort to return the amount as soon as possible, but depending on the conditions, this process may take up to 48 working hours.
The guest and the host agree that the process of booking and confirming or rejecting it in TourLider is only by sending a short message and email (to the number and email entered during registration). Therefore, the user is responsible for not receiving SMS or e-mail due to lack of internet access, weak mobile antenna or entering wrong information during registration.
The payment of the amount by the guest is not considered as a definite reservation, and only after confirmation by the host and the issuance of a voucher by the tour leader, the reservation and purchase is considered definite. In this case, the reservation information and contact information of the host and guest will be sent to them via SMS and email, and they can make the necessary arrangements together. And if the reservation is not confirmed, the amount deposited by the guest will be returned to them within one hour. The guest undertakes that the number of companions visiting the accommodation for accommodation is exactly the number declared in the reservation request, otherwise, the acceptance of the additional person is subject to the host’s approval and the cost is the responsibility of the guest. Tour leader will not have any responsibility regarding the follow-up of adding the number of guest companions.
The guest is obliged to respect and implement the rules mentioned by the host in using the accommodation. Otherwise, the guest is responsible for violating the rules, and TourLider will not be responsible for this. For example, if the host has prohibited the entry of pets and the guest does not comply with those conditions, the guest is responsible for what happened.
The guest is obliged to visit the accommodation according to the number of people chosen during the reservation, otherwise, the guest is responsible for violating the rules, and TourLider , the host, will not be responsible in this regard. For example, if the guest has selected 4 people during the reservation and there are more than 4 people when visiting, the guest is responsible for what happened and the host can not accept the guest.
The host accepts that the price listed in the tour leader is the final one, and it is not allowed to collect any additional fees from the guest under any title, including commission, commission, brokerage fee, etc. Otherwise, his residence and username will be deleted. The provision of services in addition to what is listed on the accommodation page is outside of this obligation and is subject to agreement with the guest.
The host can accept or reject the accommodation request. If the host accepts the accommodation request, he is obliged to provide services based on that request, otherwise, he is responsible for the damages caused to the guest and the company and the consequences thereof.
The guest agrees to make any changes in the reservation details in coordination with the tour leader and refrain from any direct agreement with the host that is not in accordance with the reservation information. Any direct deposit to the guest is also prohibited, and TourLider is solely responsible for following up transactions that take place through TourLider .
The host undertakes that if the guest does not return to the accommodation on the reserved date, the accommodation will remain empty for the guest until the end of the reserved period, and the guest also accepts that no amount will be returned to him in this situation. (If the guest requests to cancel the reservation, it will be treated according to the cancellation rules of that accommodation.)
TourLider guarantees that by completing the purchase process from the user and receiving the residence letter (watcher), you can easily be accepted in the desired accommodation and benefit from its facilities. In rare cases, it may be due to various reasons, including problems announced by the accommodation such as breakdowns and natural disasters, human errors such as gross mistakes in; the declared amount; as well as security issues such as the arrival of high-ranking officials, the registered reservation will encounter problems, in such cases the tour leader will make every effort to consider an accommodation similar to the currently reserved unit for its guests, and in case of failure to attract The satisfaction of the guest (passenger) will return the amount in full and grant a special bonus for his future booking.
It is the responsibility of the users to maintain the password and to prevent any possible misuse, the users should not disclose it to anyone else. All users’ information is considered confidential with TourLider , and TourLider undertakes not to provide this information to another person, except when this information is requested by the competent judicial authorities with a legal order.
In case of possible problems between the host and the guest, the tour leader team will make every effort to solve the problems.
