The total track length of Sway Hotels is 12,000 m, the International Ski Federation approved giant slalom track is 1900 m, the illuminated track is 2250 m, the special illuminated toboggan run is 1200 m, the natural track for snowboarding is 1400 m, the children’s snow park is 800 m² and the beginners park is 2100 m. m² in size.
The facility also has large slalom, small slalom, toboggan and speed ski tracks prepared to international standards. 80% of the tracks are equipped with an artificial snow system and are open between 08.00-20.00.
Runways; It provides free service to guests staying at the facility. Skipasses have a deposit. If the cards are lost, a fee per card is paid to the facility.

The entrance to the Sway Palandoken rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open spaces in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.
Except for family rooms or some private rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 stays in other rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed.
