La Calisse SPA center is built on an area of 4500 m². It consists of two parts, paid and free. There are 2 heated indoor pools, Turkish bath, 2 saunas, steam room, relaxation room, vitamin bar and fitness center in the free area. In the paid area, there are 4 VIP rooms, 3 skin and body care rooms, 2 Ayurvedic massage rooms, 3 Balinese massage rooms, There are 2 Thai massage rooms, 12 standard massage rooms, a VIP hammam and a VIP relaxation room.

Guests whose residence is abroad and whose covid-19 test is mandatory on their return to their countries; test centers, airports and the health institution with which the facility has a contract, can have PCR tests done for a fee. Guests who wish to have a test at the facility's contracted health institution should contact the Guest Relations Department 72 hours in advance. The test fee is 30 euro. Although the working time of the PCR test is in the range of 5-6 hours, it can take up to 24 hours for the results to be announced in case of density. It is recommended that guests do the PCR test 48 hours before the trip so that they are not affected by the intensity that may occur. Guests with positive results are required to inform the facility management and the consultants at the airports. Test results; In case of application in person, it can be sent as a printout of documents, via e-mail to mobile phone via Whatsapp application. The test results can be given in Turkish and English with the last 4 digits of the passport number via the e-pulse application of the TR Ministry of Health. Couples who want to take advantage of the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate during the check-in process for their accommodation within one month from the date of marriage. Access to Susesi Luxury Resort rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open spaces in the facility depends on seasonal conditions. 2+2 or 3+1 stays in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed. Ultra All Inclusive stays provided at the facility start with dinner, include dinner as much as the number of nights stayed, and end with lunch on the day of departure. If the room to be accommodated is special type rooms such as family room, suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early. All food and beverage units in the facility will serve as described in the circulars in accordance with the social distance rules. The capacities of the previously determined table-chair places, seating and table arrangements will not be changed. In all restaurants in the facility, the seating arrangement and capacities will be arranged according to the social distance rules, and the existing places of the tables and chairs will not be changed in the seating plans and capacities. All activities will be planned in accordance with the social distance rules in the circular and mandatory. Swimming pools, beaches and slides will be arranged in accordance with social distance rules. When the maximum number of people is reached according to the area / number of people account, new guests will not be accepted. The use of personal swimming equipment is prohibited in swimming pools. The mini club will be open on a limited basis under certain rules.
